1. 불가산명사란?

 

불가산명사는 셀 수 없는 명사로 단수로만 쓴다. 따라서 불가산명사 앞에는 a/an이 올 수 없고, 뒤에 복수형 어미 -(e)s 가 붙을 수 없다.

 

ex) To keep users interested, Web site managers need to update information(informations) about products on a regular basis.

 

-> information은 불가산명사이므로 복수형으로 쓸 수 없다.
